Active Monitoring, is a six week self-help programme with individual support from a practitioner and a trusted adult.

Active Monitoring is where we look at some of the things which you are struggling with right now, and what we can do to make things feel better.

Active Monitoring sessions can take place in your school, if part of the school programme or through Neath Port Talbot Mind. Sessions at NPT Mind can be arranged to take place online or in person at the London Road Hub.

We help by giving you different activities that you can practice at home which are designed for you to help yourself.   You and your AM practitioner will decide what to work on you could be:

Creating your own emotional tool kit

Building your Power Tower

Understanding stress with flight or fight

“It was very helpful, it helped to find the words to say how I was feeling.”
